I aim to despatch your Items within 3 working days or 5 working days for personalised items.  In the event that delivery will take longer, e.g. multiple purchases/orders, I will contact you to advise of the estimated delivery date. Should this be unsuitable, a full refund will be provided. 

I will email you to let you know when your Items have been despatched, if you have given your email address.

If you do not receive your purchase within 7 working days please contact me at sales@JFYCollection.com  Allow a few extra days, if you live outside of the UK.

If you wish to pay by cheque, I require the funds to be cleared before the the items will be despatched.

Some purchases/orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.

Delivery is by Royal Mail first class post to all UK destinations, which should take approx 1 - 2 working days and will be accompanied by a non-VAT receipt.

Delivery Rates - Overseas

The standard overseas delivery rate is £6.00.  For multi-purchases there is a combined delivery rate of £9.00.   All items will be sent by International Signed for Airmail.  Estimated delivery is within 3 working days to Western Europe, 4 working days to Eastern Europe and 5 working days to the rest of the world.

If your address is NOT in Europe (or an EU member country), please be aware that customs charges may be payable for orders above certain amounts. It is the customer's responsibilty to pay any customs charges due.
