Jewellery is made from a range of natural materials such as pearls and gemstones. As such, due to their uniqueness, items can differ in colour, shape, size or quality from the photographs displayed on the website.

As jewellery contains small parts these present a choking hazard and a risk of fatal injury. I recommend close adult supervision of any child wearing jewellery.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. JFY Collection reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. JFY Collection reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned to me within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the goods requesting a full refund or an alternative item of the same value. The items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail.  Once I have received your goods in their original condition  I will process your refund or send out an alternative item.

Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to me within 7 days in their original packaging. Please contact me by e-mail advising of the problem. In the event of a suitable alternative not being available a full refund will be offered. Items damaged through mistreatment will not be refunded or replaced
I do not offer a return policy on earrings, unless delivered faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, JFY Collection shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, JFY Collection, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

a.) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Sales Tax/ International orders

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. JFY Collection is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. JFY Collection recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.
